Safety First

Exposure to chemicals used in the resurfacing industry can have immediate and lasting effects including: injury to kidney, liver, central nervous system, brain, cause hemorrhaging, coma and death. Resurfacing chemicals may include: Toluene, Catalyzed Ethel Carbamate and Catalyzed Epoxy (MSDS available on request) so the safety of your
residents, guests, pets, vendors and staff is our top priority. For the above stated reason, we require property management to restrict the use of the resurfacing environment to our team of resurfacing professionals. Because there are no exceptions to safety, if a uninterrupted environment can not be provided we can not do the job (see Resurfacing Agreement). In every case, our on-site foreman is prohibited from conducting work where in his/her opinion a safe environment is not available throughout the entire project.
